1. Electronic Take Up (ETU)

The electronic take up(ETU) adopt Servo drive coiling device whose speed is controlled by CPU ensure the synchronism with the loom and control the weft density. The weft density can be setted on human-computer interface instead of changing gear.

2. Electronic Let Off (ELO)

The computer of the loom control the elongation of warp according to duration of down time to prevent the stop of the machine. The loom adopts high-performance Servo drive technolog to keep the yarn setted tension and optimum tension curve during weaving process.

3. Energy-saving High Frequency Electromagnetic Valve

The one auxiliary jet manifold solenoid valve so that the gas path is substantially shortened to reduce the consumption of the compressed air. 3 Auxiliary nozzles and 1 electromagnetic valve make sparying time of more accurate and keep the weft more stable. This also save the consumption of the air.

4. High-performance Weft Insertion System

The weft insertion system adopts Fixed main nozzle, swing main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle, special reed and imported high frequency electromagnetic valve to keep the smooth process of weft insertion even at high running speed.

5. High-strength Frame Structure

The high-strength frame structure consists of beam, two-sides box-type sheet and middle bracket to keep the stable running of the machine and ensure the high quality of the fabric even weaving thick and high density fabric.

6. Positive Double Back Rest

The machine adopts positive loose warp and double back rest to make let-off process more stable and tension of the wrap more equal for weaving high quality fabric.

7. High Efficient Electronic Weft Storage System

High efficient electronic weft storage system ensure stable supply of weft during high speed running and connect with the loom. The system stop automatically when the weft break and suitable for various yarn.

8. Rich-function Human-computer Interface

The running condition, reason of breakdown, weaving parameter and preset condition show on the touch screen. It is convenient to type in the date and transform the data to other looms.

9. Stable Shedding

Increase the the forward bevel overhead temples and keep the guide rod close to the shedding to make sure the shedding stable when weaving much up-opening fabric, double cloth, triple cloth, Jacquard fabric and high-density fabric.

10. High Speed and Sufficient-time Weft Insertion

The application system is the best after putting into practice. The narrow range loom adopts 4 linkages beating which is famous for its highspeed and excellent adaption while the wide range loom adopts 6 linkages beating to make sufficient time for beating-up which ensures the stability of the weft insertion.
